Your plane ticket, extra meals, transportation to and from event locations.
2. What dates should I book my plane ticket for?
Arrive in Dallas before 5:00pm on Thursday, October 5th.
Leave from Dallas after the end of the event on Saturday, October 7th after 7:00pm.
3. What airport should I fly into?
Dallas International Airport or Dallas Love Field Airport are both good options.
4. Where should I stay?
Our event locations for Day 1 and Day 2 are about 35 minutes apart from each other. So I recommend staying at one of the hotels near The Frisco Star or getting an Air BnB somewhere in the same area to spend less time in transit and more time at the event.
5. Where is Evolution LIVE?
We’ll be just North of Dallas in Frisco at an event location for day 1.
